At Retailerstorein, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of handmade greeting cards and printing services. This Return Policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Standard Products
For standard greeting cards purchased from our collection:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase
- Items must be in their original, unused condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging when possible
- Proof of purchase is required

Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom greeting cards and printing services:
- Custom orders are generally non-refundable once production has begun
- If you need to cancel a custom order, you must do so within 24 hours of approval and before production begins
- Cancellation fees may apply for custom orders that have entered the design phase
- If there is an error on our part, we will work with you to correct the issue or provide a full refund
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us immediately within 7 days of receipt
- Provide photos of the defect or damage
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
- Return shipping for defective items will be covered by us
Return Process
To return an item:
- Contact us to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging if available
- Include the RA number and original receipt or order confirmation
- Ship the item to our studio address (provided with your RA number)
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for different designs or styles, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same return policy guidelines. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom orders that have been produced and shipped
- Items that have been personalized with names, dates, or custom text
- Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer
- Digital products or services
- Items returned after the 14-day return period
Printing Services
For printing services:
- If there is an error in the printing that is our fault, we will reprint at no charge
- If you provided incorrect information or need changes after approval, additional fees may apply
- Refunds for printing services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
